For a list, please visit: Proof of membership will be required before the conference. Proof from the institution of a student’s status will also be required before the conference.

A small stipend is awarded to a selection of university students that meet ESB's requirements. Students who accept the stipend must work a minimum of 4 hours on the day before the conference opens to help with preparations.

If paying to attend the conference is an issue, your educational institution's scholarship office may offer additional financial opportunities. Because a stipend or scholarship may not provide adequate financing, short term loans can also be used to pay for registration fees and give cash-strapped students the opportunity to attend.
